Meet our Crew

Howard M Bedford

Howard is a director and an experienced Captain of our Crew and has been at the helm of HMB since its inception in 1997. As well as accounting, Howard has extensive experience in taxation and works closely with clients to help them make their businesses ‘live long and prosper.’

Howard is a lifelong Trekkie and Sci Fi nut and in his spare time enjoys family travels.

Sarah Bedford

Sarah is a director and First Officer at HMB, as well as accountancy and legal qualifications Sarah also has a professional interest in tax ethics research. As well as accounts and audit, Sarah helps businesses prosper by helping them systemise their processes.

Sarah spends much of her free time travelling and making memories with her family.

Natalie Jarvis

Natalie is the Office Manager aka Fleet Captain at HMB. She commands the ship of administration with finesse, ensuring that all tasks are navigated smoothly. When she's not at the helm of the office, Natalie cherishes time with her family. If you ever catch her in a moment of leisure, you may discover her crafting stunning cross-stitch masterpieces!

Nimisha Patel

Nimisha is the Chief Engineer heading up our accounts preparation crew (aka the engine room). In her spare time Nimisha enjoys playing boardgames with her daughter and cooking for her family.

Chloe Martindale

Chloe is a rising star in the accounting crew at HMB. Having accomplished her Level 3 administration apprenticeship with a distinction she is currently blazing a trail through her ICAEW training. When she's not conquering the financial frontier, Chloe unleashes her creative side and her knack for baking results in awe-inspiring, mouthwatering cakes that are truly a treat for the senses. She has also been known to participate in axe throwing!

Krishna Patel

Krishna works in our accounts team mainly specialising in VAT and bookkeeping. When not processing receipt bank uploads Krishna enjoys travelling, hiking in the woods and collecting memories with her young family. Holidays are always on her priority list!

Hannah Mallam

Hannah is our aspiring digital marketing dynamo here at HMB. She's on a journey through her Level 3 digital marketing apprenticeship, honing her skills to perfection. When she's not immersed in the digital realm, Hannah knows how to have a blast. She's a true socialite, relishing moments spent with friends and family. And when it comes to leisure activities, she's not afraid to get competitive. Bowling and mini-golf are her arenas of choice, where she unleashes her inner champion!
